Mrs. Tina Tuyen Duong Tran is our office manager. She always has a warm greeting and friendly smile as she assists patients with insurance and administrative issues. Tina has been with Dr Tran since the office's opening. She is the main treatment plan coordinator. She will be happy to answer all your questions regarding to insurance, billing or any concerns that you may have with the office. She speaks both Vietnamese and English.
Maria has been working in dentistry for nine years so far, first joining our practice eight years ago. She attended Northern Virginia Community College, where she studied computer science. She feels very privileged to have such a strong desire for serving others. Her friendliness and ability to help people feel welcome and comfortable from the moment they walk through the door make her a great fit for her job. It brings her lots of joy to know that she is such an intricate part of being able to help meet their needs. At the end of the day, she always feels good about herself and knows that she was able to contribute positively to the lives of others! She also loves being part of such an amazing team who is always caring and friendly as they all seek to serve patients with the care and compassion they deserve.
Maria first came to the US when she was 14 years old from El Salvador. Today, she is married and has enjoyed the honor of raising a beautiful daughter and son. Her interests outside of work include going to church, dancing at family and friend gatherings, watching her son play soccer, and spending time with her daughter and grandson whenever they visit. She is very thankful to God and her parents for bringing her into such a wonderful life where she can help others!
Sara has been working in dentistry for 21 years and counting so far. She attended Northern Virginia Community College and is certified in X-Rays. She also has extensive knowledge about Dentrix dental software, HIPAA, and insurance.
Sara loves that she is able to build relationships with patients, lend them words of comfort and encouragement, and see their beautiful smiles and increased levels of confidence after treatment is complete! Her main goal with each new patient is to ensure that they fully understand the treatment they’re receiving and their available dental benefits. Being able to share her knowledge about dentistry gives her great satisfaction, and she enjoys being part of a team of professionals who are all committed to exceeding expectations.
Sara spent her childhood in El Salvador and resides in Fairfax Station today. She has been happily married for 21 years, and she and her husband have two wonderful children. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family outdoors, playing lots of sports and taking adventurous rides on their bicycles. They also spend time exploring many of Virginia’s beautiful parks and trail rides, as well as their favorite beaches. Her other interests include learning languages and psychology. She has a deep desire and passion to explore social work, volunteering her time to the community whenever possible.
Aynie has been a member of our dental team for 16 years now, having spent 18 years in the dental world so far. Originally from Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, she came to the US in 1990 and attended Quincy College in Quincy, MA. She then received her diploma in dental assisting from Briment Institute in Cambridge. She has attended additional training in OSHA and CEREC.
Aynie loves to both see and be a part of all the positive transformations that the patients undergo at the practice. Everyone feels like family, and the experiences have been very rewarding to her. She is also proud to serve and care for so many patients on a daily basis who are from different cultures and who are happy to see her every time they arrive for an appointment. When patients remember her name (and she remembers theirs), it brings her even more happiness and fills her life with joy. She sincerely loves coming to work every morning and looks forward to continuing to serve patients right alongside the doctors.
Aynie has been happily married for 15 years, and she and her husband take great joy in their two energetic and brilliant boys. Her hobbies outside of work include spending time with her family whenever possible, including sharing meals, walking together, and playing board games. She also loves being her sons’ biggest cheerleader during their sport, hobbies, and music performances on the viola and piano. She is a big music lover and enjoys singing! Additionally, Anyi prides herself on being a “handywoman” and enjoys fixing things, whether it’s the toilet or the walls. She genuinely loves cleaning and repairing just about anything.
Mrs. Cong Phin is our hygienist. She has been working here for more than 10 years, making sure that our patients are comfortable and informed during hygiene appointments. Phin offers a soft touch that will make your experience enjoyable. She will maintain these high standards for each member of your family. Phin loves to travel, shop, and cook.
Stephanie Vadnais is our newest part-time hygienist. She has been a hygienist over 15 years, graduated from University of Maryland. Stephanie is very gentle and extremely thorough during your hygiene appointments. In her spare time, she likes to read and spend time with her four lovely children.
Diem has been working in dentistry for 13 years and counting. She received her college education from both Virginia Commonwealth University and Northern Virginia Community College. She is also certified in X-rays and CPR. Her favorite part of her job is meeting new people, being able to treat their dental issues, and seeing how happy they are as a result!
Originally from Springfield, Diem is married with three wonderful children. When she isn’t busy at the office, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, cooking, and shopping.
Mary is originally from Iran, and she’s been involved in the dental world for eight years so far. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Northern Virginia Community College and is also certified in CPR and local anesthesia. She is also an Ellen Flanagan volunteer! What she enjoys most about her work is getting to see so many patients leave the office with smiling faces.
Mary and her husband have two daughters together. Her hobbies include shopping and going on walks through nature.
